Project 1: Global Headshots & B-Roll Capture

Objective: Create a cohesive library of employee headshots and workplace b-roll from Marvell offices worldwide.

Locations: Argentina, Taiwan, Italy, Israel, the U.S., and more

Timeline: 3 weeks from kickoff to global crew deployment

Scope: Coordinated with our extended production network to deliver consistent quality across cultures and time zones

Outcome: A unified global image library used across internal and external-facing platforms

Project 2: Talent Acquisition Core Story Capture

Objective: Build a recruitment-focused story library to showcase company culture, diversity, and innovation.

Production: 3-day live-action shoot featuring employee interviews, workplace moments, and branded storytelling

Audience: Targeted for Talent Acquisition, used in online recruiting ads, internal communications, digital signage, and employer brand campaigns

Outcome: A modular suite of content that brought Marvell’s workplace culture to life across digital channels and internal use cases

Project 3: Global Sales Meeting Film & Live Recap

Objective: Develop a high-energy kickoff video and on-site event recap for Marvell’s Global Sales Meeting: Accelerate

Execution:
Concepted a “Back to the Future”-inspired narrative Rented a DeLorean and scripted a custom hype film Shot on-location at Marvell HQ in San Jose Managed all production logistics, casting, and post Delivered a polished, cinematic piece to open the event

Bonus: On-site event capture + live recap video turned around in time for final-day distribution

Outcome: A show-stopping moment that energized attendees and reinforced the event theme with creativity and humor
