The Relationship
For nearly 20 years, we’ve partnered with DaVita as a trusted creative extension of their internal team. What began as video support for national meetings has grown into a deeply embedded relationship built on mutual trust, shared values, and a commitment to capturing the real stories that define the DaVita experience.


Our Role
We don’t just produce content, we help tell the emotional truth of who DaVita is. Each year, we execute multiple week-long production sprints across the U.S., traveling with a full crew to capture powerful, documentary-style stories of patients and teammates in their communities. These stories are used to support recruiting, retention, training, brand storytelling, and internal inspiration across the company.
In the months leading up to each shoot, we work closely with DaVita teams to identify meaningful narratives, coordinate logistics, and ensure sensitivity and authenticity in every moment we capture. On set, we operate as part of the family, blending seamlessly into the culture so the stories feel lived-in, not staged.
We also continue to support national leadership events (Villagewide) with live, on-location video crews. Our team films and edits in real time, delivering next-day and same-day content that elevates the energy of DaVita’s meetings and showcases the voices that matter most.
